How to set up a live stream over the internet? On own website

Yeah, looking to broadcast live content over a website. Have looked into websites which host it via a channel like ustream etc... but looking for a way to broadcast myself.

Any clue how to do this?

You can embed a ustream live stream in your website.

At the upper right corner of the ustream video, there is a link that says "embed" which provides the embed code. This is probably the easiest option by far.

i was looking to host it myself. I am aware of the ustream feature.
