How to set up Colloquy IRC on iPad mini

I am searching for simple directions on how to set up Colloquy irc on the ipad mini. I have the app downloaded, but don't know what to do next. Thanks!

Colloquy doesn't seem to offer any instructions, but they do have a FAQ that may be of some assistance.
