Hey,
I am trying to get Colloquy (IRC client) to work on my iTouch.
http://colloquy.info/iphone/

I downloaded the plugin, moved it to the correct folder.

I am terrible with any type of coding.

Here are my questions:

I have never seen a file with .plugin. What is the program to open it?

It says to visit http://yourip:6667. I have tried and it just says page invalid...

So of the 7 parts to the instructions I get the first 2 :p

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Heyas! I know it's super lame to be resurrecting a dead thread (in my defense it's not that dead), but just in case you're still out there, there are other IRC clients for iPod touch. The plugin you be mentioning is something that requires the desktop Colloquy application for Mac OS X.

While this plugin is still supported, we have an actual client that works on your phone now in the app store for $1.99, no need to use any plugins with your computer. http://mobile.colloquy.info :)
