iPod touch How to Set up Email

How can i set up my email for office on my Ipod touch? what do i put in the empty blanks? I know what to do for the email & password but what abt the server and username? Thanks.

You'll need to get the server name from your email provider. Username is probably the part of your email address before the @ symbol. If you use Yahoo Mail or Gmail you don't even need to know those, just put in the info they ask for.
