Hi i am using an iphone 5s. Can anyone tell me the procedure to use enterprise email on my iphone like blackberry.

There is no global standard for this. You'll need to get the details from your company's IT department.
 
once you have the information from your IT department, just go into the mail settings and hit add account, exchange. then input all your information.
