How to set up iTunes for multiple family members?

Hi,

I have a 27" iMac with 2 user accounts , myself and wife. Also a new macbook air 13"

How do i set it up so i can have my itunes all synchd on each machine and on each user? (even when the macbook air is out of the house and not on the network?)
