I need to set this up for my Epson Workforce600 without a dedicated installer since no network installer exist for this one.
Not sure why they state differently on this page even-though it's not true.

Via router. I try to set it up on the printer itself when I'm home but I remember the last time I tried it didn't work.

maybe i'm missing something, but neither of my printers ever needed a specific network utility, i had to first install the printer directly via usb; and than apple was usually able to see it wirelessly once i plugged in the ethernet to my router.

I assumed you tried something like this already by getting the wireless name & address from the printer to manually add it?

Where can I get the printer IP?

you should be able to go into your router utility (type 192.168.1.1) for address in your browser and enter your credentials. from there you should be able to go and see the devices connected and what their IP's are.

also, it might be in your printer menu if you dig around also. i know mine is in the menu or it will spit out a page with some network info.
