Is there a way to setup a DNS and DHCP server on Mac OS X?
 
What kind of network are you trying to serve? dnsmasq for darwin is a better (simpler) option for small networks. I think if you have to ask this question like this, you're probably not very experienced with this stuff (no offense) and Bind is a complicated program.

I agree. I used to tinker with Linux a lot and dnsmasq was cake. I tried BIND and it was way over my head and more complex than I was willing & able to deal with.
