I only discovered this recently and wondered whether other people knew about it.
Did you know that not only can you log in to other computers on your home network using the Network icon in Finder to access files on another computer but you can also use their applications.
For example, I have a PowerBook G4 and it has the iLife that it was bought with. But my new iMac has iLife 08. So while iMovieHD is not installed on the PB G4 I can simply double click on the Application in Finder once logged into my iMac and it will load up on my PB - even though one is Intel and the other PowerPC.
I know that there will be those that know this already, but I didn't and expect others will not know about it either. This could save some people in certain situations from having to buy an Application twice or buy more than one license.
