How to share HD to be visible from PC

Hi guys I need advice. I can acces my Mac from PC using its IP and User Name on mac (ex: \\10.0.0.1\JOSH) this lets me see contest under Josh user name. If I added hard drive and want to share it, access it? How do I do that?
