I did this on my Mac Book Air. it's simple, put the itunes entire folder in the "Shared Folder" Then on the others account change the destination itunes folder to the shared folder and then "Add file" and just select the entire itunes folder and click OK. The only thing that sucks is that if you add music on your side you have to go to the other accounts and "add file" to the stuff you just downloaded on your side if you want them to be able to hear it.
If you put the library on a separate drive (partition or external drive), each user can specify that one library as theirs. Each user presses the option key the first time they start iTunes, then chooses the library on the separate drive.
