iPhone How to share large sound recorder files on DropBox (or other cloud app)

Hello,

My wife sometimes records lectures on her iPhone, but it is currently running out of space. DropBox is the only cloud storage option when she tries to share a file. It would be nice if she could send files to iCloud Drive or OneDrive, but these options aren't shown in the menu. DropBox also has issues for uploading large files, e.g., the upload is cancelled when the phone screen locks.

My question is: is there a way to upload large files from the built-in sound recorder app in background to a cloud storage like OneDrive, DropBox, iCloud, etc?
