How To Share Live Photos

Hey guys! I know it's still somewhat early days of Apple's new Live Photos feature but I'm wondering, how ELSE can we share them with other people outside of iPhones and iMessages? I had heard if we put Live Photos in a Shared Album it would work, but I found that was not the case. Any other ways?

Right now there aren't any other ways since only iOS 9 and OSX recognize these multiple stringed together files and know what to do with them. With time in sure other sites will recognize them.

So it's been a good while, so besides iMessage, and probably some permutation of iCloud Photo Library, is there anyway of storing or sharing Live Photos outside of Apple's sphere?
