how to shortcut to terminal pro, ocean etc

I finally found the alternative looks for the Terminal in Leopard. But it's a pain to first start a terminal, the navigate into the sub menu to pick the look I want.

Is there a simple way to create an icon on my dock for starting Pro look Terminal, or even a custom look??

Umm, I don't know about the dock icon, but if you want to open the Terminal always in Pro or any other themes, just go to Terminal Preferences and go to the Start up Tab. Once there, just select the theme where is says "on Startup open a new window in"
