in OSX, i can click the "finder" icon in the dock and it will bring all open finder windows to the front and make them active. is there an equivalent action/shortcut in Windows 7 to show all windows explorer windows, or to bring them to the front?

thank you for the link...i already knew about task bar previews :) if i have say, 3 windows explorer windows open, but minimized to the task bar, and i want to see them, i can hover over the task bar icon and see small thumbnails and pick which one i want to maximize. but how do i maximize them all at the same time?

That I don't know, as I don't use Windows. Maybe have a look at some Windows orientated message boards if you can't get a good answer here.
