How to show 'Library' option in Apple Photos on Mac

Hello.

On one of my Macs the 'Library' option in the Apple Photos app on MacOS 12.6.1 is missing. In the left hand pane under 'Photos' I have:

Memories
People
Places
Recents
Imports
Recently Deleted.

On my other Mac I have another option called 'Library'. How do I make this option appear on the other Mac?
