how to show mails in folder x but not in folder y in Mail?

Are there such settings or workarounds? When I use following settings in smart mailbox settings:

Message is in mailbox: X
Message is not in mailbox: Y

I get all mails from folder X. But, what I want to do is, comparing mails in folders X and Y, and displaying items that are present in folder X but not in folder Y.

Any help will be appreciated.
