how to skip a file from time machine ?

i have parallels VM. it store windows data on a single file on user doc folder. problem is that its about 60 gig and time machine will back it up (bcoz it chage always) and then everyday my hard disk get full and i have to remove them manually ...
is there anyway to skip that file from time machine indexing ?

Yeah, just exclude the file from your TM backup.

You cannot exclude individual files from being backed up but you can exclude folders.

In that case you can just move the individual file into it's own folder, and exclude that from the backups.
