is it possible to create a custom spotlight filter?

what I want to do is this;
I have a lot of project folders, that each contain a similar named subfolder, which contains the files I'm searching for..

like this:

Project > Folder A > filename.ext

since these Project folders also contain other subfolders (Folder B, Folder C, etc),
which also contain files with the same extension,
I wonder if its possible to exclude those 'Folder B', 'Folder C' from the search..

is it possible to add a criteria that says: "if upper folder name=Folder A"..?
