Hi All,

I have an external HDD which I carry everywhere with me and keep my Aperture library on (so I can share it with my iMac if needed).

I also have a separate partition which I have restored the Snow Leopard DVD to incase I ever need while away from home.

My only problem is that everytime I connect the HDD the 'Install OS X' icon opens up in Finder which is pretty annoying, is there anyway I can stop this as I would never need the message to popup as OS X is installed by booting from that partition of the HDD at startup...

Thanks,

Vel
