Someone used my mini and adjusted a setting so that anytime I bring my cursor to the top of the screen ALL open windows minimize to the top of the screen. I hate this "feature" but can't for the life of me figure out how to undo it, and the person who changed the setting is clueless also. Anyone have the answer?

There doesn't appear to be a setting for that when looking thru System Preferences. Do you by chance have any third party applications installed that might be responsible?

Note: I'm running Catalina 10.15.6.

Go into settings/mission control and make sure there are no hot corners (button on bottom left of mission control setting screen)set to display the desktop.
