I did a favour and let my brother connect his iPhone to my computer for software updates and a restore. Now his phone is at least partially synced with my iPhone and computer, possibly completely and continually. Is there any way to stop this?

Here is the full story:

My brother has a problem with his iPhone 3GS (power button isn't working, cannot turn the phone off), but the shop won't look at it until he has restored it in case that solves the problem (Carphone Warehouse).

He doesn't have internet access at the moment, so he came round to me to help. He hasn't synced it or anything since he bought it late last year, so cannot remember his Apple ID, and it wouldn't accept a new ID with his email address as it already has one. So I just logged out of iTunes and did an update and restore with nobody logged in.

Now he has gone, I have noticed it has synced all our Safari bookmarks together. I am worried that it is also syncing my Mobileme email to his phone, which is a problem as my Apple developer account is there.

Please help with any suggestions for how to purge his phone from my system. Preferably without him having to come round (he's not that reliable).
