How to stop Dictation Beep sound on Catalina?

It was all working fine until I updated the 10.15.5.

Turns out Catalina got rid of the mute when using dictation feature so now every time I use dictation there is an annoying beep sound. The same goes to Siri.

Is there anyway to get rid of it?
