How to stop focus suggestion notifications?

Starting with iOS 16.2, I’ve been getting notifications asking me to enable focus automations for various focuses on all my devices. I tried choosing “don’t enable” and choosing “enable”. It doesn’t matter what I pick, they keep coming back.

Does anyone know how to stop these?
