How to stop iTunes from syncing iChat contacts to my iPhone - help

I set up syncing "all contacts" in iTunes but for some reason it's pulling iChat buddies and just adding their names and screen names as contacts. Why does iTunes do this?

I need to know how I can remove this syncing process. All I want is to sync my phone contacts to my computer. No where else!

I've searched google and this forum for answers and either the answers are very vague or there's no responses.

Please help!
