How to stop ‘Now Playing’ to show up on watch when watching YouTube videos on iPhone?

I’m not a fan of the now playing app automatically showing up on the watch whenever I either watch a YouTube video on my iPhone or play music on my iPhone.

I get convenience why it would automatically show up when I look at my wrist but I don’t want it or need it to show up during those moments.

I also know I have the option to delete the now playing app on my watch but I don’t think I wanna go that far. I just simply don’t want ‘now playing’ to automatically appear when I look at my watch and it so happens I’m watching a YouTube video on my phone.
