So whenever I go back to a previous page in Safari it auto-refreshes it. I find this very annoying especially on websites/forums with a lot of traffic that if I want to go back and read an interesting topic I saw from the title it ends up being lost into the deepest reaches of the internet. How do I stop this?

I think that there is a way to do this, but it requires activating Safari's Debug menu and Terminal, which can easily get very complicated.

I suggest using another browser, like Chrome or Firefox. They do not come with these issues.

One way to avoid this is to CMD-Click to open the links in new tabs so that the original page is not changed. Then just close the tabs when you are finished with them.

How do I do it with the debug menu and terminal? I'm a very confident Windows user and shouldn't have trouble with this sort of stuff on OS X.
