How to stop Safari zooming?

Hi

New to the iMac and Mac OS X.was wondering is there a way i can stop my webpages on safari zooming in,bit annoying to say the least,can't find a way to unzoom so I just end up closing the window?

Thanks,disabled the smart zoom in Mouse Pref,will that help?
