how to stop sending out codes in Mail when forwarding

When I forward messages it sends out a whole list of codes:

Message-Id:
Mime-Version: 1.0
Content-Type:
X-Priority: 3 (Normal)
X-Msmail-Priority: Normal
X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook, Build 10.0.6838
Importance: Normal X
-Mimeole: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2900.3350
