How to stop video ads from autoplaying video

Is there a way to stop autoplay in video ads in Safari? I set disable to “on” under Settings Apps Safari but they still play. They are really distracting.

I use Wipr to block ads in safari and StopTheMadness to stop autoplaying videos. Works great.
