How to stream iTunes library onto iPhone? (PC)

I use to use Simplify Media, but now it got shutdown. I tried Orb. Its $10. Trying to find a free way to do it. Havnt been able to.
I have 40 gigs of music on my iTunes and obviously my iPhone 4 cannot hold 40 gigs of music so trying to find a way to stream it over the internet.
Any applications or methods to host it online? Thanks.
