How To Stream Movies/Songs from Cloud?

How do I stream Movies/Songs front iCloud to my iDevices without downloading. Didn't the new iTunes solve this problem?

I've been looking into this new feature...if I understand it correctly its very deceiving. From my Mac I can double click on a song and it will play without downloading...so essentially it's streaming. But from my iPhone/iPad you can't stream.

Seems pretty useless to me. I don't need to stream on a device where I have a 500GB hard drive. I do need to stream on a device that only has 32GB.

I'm assuming that they will come with iOS 6.1? I guess? It is definitely deceiving in the release notes saying that you can resume movies from any device.
