I have iTunes installed on my windows 7 laptop. It's the latest version. I have an iPhone 6S.

I want to stream the music from my iTunes library on the laptop to my iPhone, is this possible?

I do not want to store any music on the iPhone to save space.

What apps can do this? I couldn't find any.

Enable home sharing in iTunes. It only will work over your wifi network, though. Otherwise, your best bet is to use the iCloud sync to stream your music to your phone, but this is $25/year, plus goes against cellular data.

Like TG1 said your only option is Google Play Music. You can upload up to 50,000 songs for free. Only negative that I viewed personally was that layout and performance wasn't as good as iTunes Match and for that reason $25 a year was worth it.

Import it all to Google Play Music. Then you can stream it all for free.
^^^This.

And Google still supports PowerPC Mac. I have my entire library on my 17" PowerBook G4 and that is where I add and remove items and playlists. Google Play syncs it silently up to the cloud and it's there for my iPhone.

10GB+ not on my phone and available on any device.

PS. I have never had to pay a cent for any of this. But I was involved in the beta test for the service so I don't know if that has ever had anything to do with it or not. But I have never encountered any limits anywhere.

Nobody has mentioned it yet, so I guess I have to...iTunes Match ($25/yr for your music) or Apple Music ($10/mo for everything in the iTunes catalog).

When I go to join this it asks for card details or paypal... can this be removed after I join? I don't want them having anything if it's supposed to be free.
