How to stream video from an iPhone 5?

What is the cheapest route to display what's on my iPhone 5 to an HDTV? Wired or wireless, doesn't matter to me. Thanks in advance!

It's the easiest solution. Works great and streams HD from your phone. $99. Otherwise, wait until Apple comes out with an HDMI lightning cable. Who knows when that will occur. If you have a mac or imac, hook that up to tv and use it as a monitor and buy the application AirServer and stream from iphone 5 to your mac or imac.
