Does anyone know of a (preferably free) application for Mac with which I can strip captioning from a DVD and save it to a text file? The disc in question doesn't have subtitles, but it does have standard EIA-608 / line 21 NTSC captioning embedded in the video.

I'm not planning on doing anything fancy with the text (just saving the captions to a .txt or .doc file for future reference is my ultimate goal), so I don't need the captions to be exported with a specific layout or format. A simple text or document file containing the CC would be adequate.

Thanks!
