iOS How to submit application to App Store under another company's account

Hi All,

My company develops application for ABC company. Both my company and ABC company have our own iOS Developer account. I already joined ABC company iOS Developer Account as member. ABC company want to distribute the application that my company develops to App Store under ABC company iOS Developer account.

As a member of ABC company iOS Developer Account, do I still need ABC company iOS Developer account's private key to compile application and submit for distribution under ABC company iOS Developer account?

Can I use my own company account's private key to compile and submit for distribution under ABC company iOS Developer account?

What are the actual steps that need to be taken by my company in order to submit application for App Store distribution under ABC company iOS Developer account?

You need the private key, certificates, and the ADC login credentials of the Team Leader of a company to build, codesign and submit apps under that company's name.
