I use iTunes as a music server on a Mac Mini running Snow Leopard. The primary access/control of iTunes is the iOS Remote app.
Problem: sometimes iTunes has issues with synching or just presents some informational dialog. This causes Remote to not be able to access iTunes and requires me to remote-in to the Mini and "ok out" of the dialog box. This occurs several times per week.
Does anyone know how I can better-control these events so I don't lose iOS connections to iTunes?
And on a seperate but related topic, anyone know of a script or application that an detect an iTunes crash and auto-restart the application?
Thanks.
