How to switch YouTube location?

Hello guys

I currently reside in Hong Kong
I wanna ask how you can switch the location of the iPad YouTube app, as I want to switch from the Hong Kong location (with all these annoying HK videos) to the US/Worldwide one.... (so I can view US/worldwide videos)

Is there a way?
