how to sync 2 external hard drives ?

i've 2 identical FW 800 2TB hard drives. i would like to synch them so one can be incremental backup of the master drive. what SW is best ?

I'm not sure if Carbon Copy Cloner can do what you want, but it might be worth checking out.
