How to sync full resolution photo between Mac and iPad/NAS Server

Hello,

I would like to sync full resolution photos between my Mac and my iPad and then to transfer them from Mac to a NAS server.

I have looked on the Internet but other than the standard sync between Mac and iPad (reduced size) I have not found anything.

has anyone an idea or is there a software that achieves that?
