I've tried to do a quick search on the board but I couldn't help myself, I hope not to be doing something wrong by opening this post

The issue is this; I've already highlighted / annotated a discrete amount of pdf files directly on Mac by using its default app, "preview". What I want to do now is to transfer these pdf and keeping all the changes that I've done.
Does anyone know a way to do this?
Second question: in the case this would be proven not to be possible, can you suggest me an app that can do a similar job (that is: highlight/annotate pdf files on my mac and sync it on the ipad, and viceversa)?
