How do you guys able to sync with iphone address book to OSX 10.7 address to ensure everything are updated?

Tried iTunes it doesn't sync at all only to back up to iCloud.

You don't set it up with iTunes. You go to your Mac's System Preferences (go to the link below and follow the instructions).

If you set it up, it should automatically setup your Mail, iCal and Address Book with your iCloud account and keep them synced.

Use an iCloud account. Sign into it on the phone's 'mail' settings (you can turn the e-mail part off if you don't want that and ONLY sync the address book with it) and then sign into it in your Mac's system preferences.
