iPhone 11 Pro How to sync passwords?

I only every log into icloud when I get a new iPhone. I don't back up my whole phone. I just copy over my photos, calendar, contacts and etc. by logging into my iCloud.

however Will my passwords come over if I have keychain toggled on? Im curious how it exactly works.

I like to start fresh, but want my passwords, contacts, photos and calendar to transfer over. along with my drive information.

Yes, your keychain will sync when you login to your iCloud account, as will your other iCloud data.
