How to sync phones iTunes??

Hi,

I got my 5S today, and I set it up as a new phone, because I will still use the 4S for a few more days.

Now, I thought I would be able to access iCloud and download all my photos to the new phone.

But for some reason, I only got 12 pictures from my old phone? All of which are from this year. And no videos at all.

What can I do to fix this?
