I know this is a bit of an ongoing issue but wondered if anyone had found a way to resolve it. I have a folder on my Windows 7 PC containing three sub folders of photos that I sync with my iPhone 4 (running 5.0.1). I regularly copy my Camera Roll to my PC and delete the photos from my iPhone to save space. I then update the three folders with selected photos from the backed up Camera Roll and then sync the three folders to my iPhone where they appear as three albums, each containing the relevant pictures, plus there is an additional album called Photo Library which contains all the photos in each of the three albums. So far, so good.
The problem is that while the Photo Library has all the photographs in chronological order (based on when they were taken), the same photos in the three other folders are not.
I have organised the photos in each of the sub folders on my PC in exactly the same way, i.e. by date, earliest first, and deleted the iPod Photo Cache in the main folder and re-synced, but to no avail.
Does this mean that it's only possible to have one photo folder synced in chronological order? Or is there something I am missing?
