How to sync real sms's between iPad and iPhone? / Use both to text with one sim

I know there's a Cydia app called Phoneit
(www.iphoneislam.com/phoneitipad/)
that let's you use your iPad (3G) as a Phone.

But I was wondering if it's possible to use both devices with only 1 sim.
Mayby sincyning true the iCloud or so.

Does somene knows of any?
