How-to Sync Sansa with iTunes?

Hi --
I have a Sansa-- and, as I'm sure has been said before, am incredibly frustrated with the lack of compatibility with mac.

Anyone know of a script or such to get my iTunes onto my Sansa? I'm operating a MacBook and have a Sansa m240 player.
