How to sync sky gamblers with icloud?

I play sky gamblers air supremacy and I think they sync on icloud because both my iPhone and iPad always had the same planes and achievements. I had to restore my phone because of a software problem so now I am back to level 1 on the iPhone but my iPad still has everything. How would I sync them back?

I was in a similar situation before. Try completely closing both apps. Then launch your ipad version and do a dog fight or something for the game to save again. Then launch your iphone version, wait a moment but you may have to restart the app again for changes to appear on your iphone.

Making sure I was signed in for GameCenter with the same ID on both devices and then playing a local WLAN game with both devices participating worked for me. Could of course have been purely coincidental.
