iOS how to synchronize data from sserver

Hi I have to develop a project in iphone which is already in dot net and have to retrieve the data from server.I too have to login by the id and pswd which has declared in dotnet project.

But i dont have any idea to do that. Can any anybody help me.And send me samplecodes if any? smrafiqsmd@gmail.com
