Hi there,

I opened up my iPhone 4 to change the power & proximity sensor cable because my power button wasn't working anymore.

But for some reason, neither the power button nor the proximity sensor work anymore, after I replaced it.

Also, my front camera doesn't work anymore, even though I never unplugged it from the motherboard. Note that the connectors for Front cam and Power/PS button are located aside from each other on the motherboard.

I actually disassembled and reassembled the iPhone quite a few time before my problem occurred. It might be a misstep I made, but I highly doubt that I broke both connectors simultaneously.

Is there a way of knowing if something happened to my motherboard? Or to the Power & PS cable?

By measuring voltage or something simpler maybe?

Thanks in advance.
